According to a November 3 announcement reported by invidis.com, Viooh and JC Decaux began a strategic partnership in the Baltic region. The agreement gives Viooh, a global supply-side programmatic platform, access to JC Decaux’s digital out-of-home inventory across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The partnership covers 254 premium digital screens in the capital cities of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius, set to yield more than 163 million monthly impressions.

In Estonia, the network includes 61 digital screens generating more than 75 million impressions, spanning urban panels, bus shelters and large-format billboards. In Latvia, 83 digital screens deliver more than 47 million impressions, including the Origo Premium 3D screen at Riga’s central station alongside urban panels and bus shelters.

Lithuania represents JC Decaux’s largest Baltic network in the deal, with 110 digital screens generating over 41 million monthly impressions.

Gavin Wilson, Global Chief Commercial Officer at Viooh, said the three Baltic states are “increasingly sophisticated advertising markets” and that the partnership will “give brands a single point for programmatic DooH to all of JCDecaux’s premium inventory.” Øyvind Markussen, Regional Director Baltics at JC Decaux, said the deal opens access to screens in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius “for a global marketplace of buyers, bringing advanced targeting capabilities to our roads, city centers and retail environments.”
