Executive Leadership: Tom Martin Returns As Kinly CEO Following Yorktel Merger

Kinly has named Tom Martin CEO effective January 1, 2027, succeeding Ken Scaturro, following the 2025 Yorktel merger; the company plans to expand global managed services and workplace intelligence capabilities.
Kinly has named Tom Martin chief executive, effective January 1, 2027, according to an announcement reported by invidis. Martin succeeds Ken Scaturro, who will join Kinly's board of directors.
The appointment returns Martin to a familiar role. He was Kinly's CEO before its 2025 merger with Yorktel and has since been chief operating officer of the combined business. Scaturro, previously CEO of Yorktel, led the merged company through integration; the two will work together through the end of 2026 on the transition.
Yorktel acquired Netherlands-based Kinly in August 2025, per the announcement, creating a transatlantic ProAV integrator with approximately USD 400 million in annual revenue and 1,600 employees. The companies consolidated under the Kinly brand in March 2026.
Under Martin, Kinly plans to expand global managed services, strengthen workplace technology capabilities and develop services around workplace intelligence and AI-driven collaboration. "As collaboration technology continues to advance, we have an opportunity to help customers extract even greater value from their investments through innovative services, workplace intelligence, and operational excellence," Martin said.
Scaturro will remain on the board, supporting customer and partner relationships. "It has been a great privilege to serve as Kinly's CEO during this crucial phase of the company's history," he said. Carlo Padovano, partner at investor One Equity Partners, credited Scaturro with bringing the companies together and said Martin's customer and operations experience would guide the next phase.
One Equity Partners, expanding its ProAV presence, acquired distribution group Nexora earlier this month, whose businesses include Almo Pro AV and Comm-Tec. The leadership change comes as Kinly moves beyond initial integration and concentrates on expanding services and global operations.
