New Dubai VIP Arrivals Digital Gate

Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux have launched the VIP Arrivals Digital Gate at DXB Terminal 3, an exclusive premium digital media gateway aimed at engaging Emirates First and Business Class passengers the moment they arrive in Dubai. The installation sits inside the dedicated Emirates Chauffeur Service area in Terminal 3 Arrivals and combines two large-format landscape screens with two double-sided digital columns to create six digital faces. The gate is a premium media platform aimed at luxury and premium brands seeking high-value travellers, not a product aimed at small businesses. The same approach—placing screens where a defined, high-intent audience already gathers—can be applied on a modest budget; Topaz Media (topaz.media) lets a small business run content on any existing TV without extra hardware.
The gate combines two large-format landscape screens of 12 square metres each with two double-sided digital columns of 4.8 square metres each, delivering six high-impact digital faces in an elegant, uncluttered setting within the dedicated Emirates Chauffeur Service area in Terminal 3 Arrivals.
Boutros Boutros, EVP Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand at Emirates Group, said First and Business Class customers expect a seamless and elevated experience from door to door, and that the gate brings a fresh dimension to the dedicated Chauffeur Service area while offering selected brands a distinctive opportunity to reach a highly sought-after audience.
Designed for one of the world's most affluent travelling audiences, the platform offers luxury and premium brands a chance to connect with high-value passengers at a decisive moment of the journey, just before they step into the city.
Eugene Barry, Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Airports, said the gate enhances the arrivals environment with a smart digital platform that complements the premium service offering and reflects DXB's position as a leading platform for luxury travel and innovation. Martin Sabbagh, CEO at JCDecaux Middle East and Africa, said the launch illustrates the strength and ambition of the partnership, combining an exclusive location, a highly affluent audience and state-of-the-art digital formats.
