Colorado development taps Yesco for custom signage

Yesco says it has completed custom signage and architectural lighting for 5200 Oneida, a newly constructed commercial development in Commerce City, Colorado. The work includes a 35-foot-tall freestanding pylon sign, a multi-tenant joint identification sign and architectural LED border lighting integrated into the building, according to a company press release.
Yesco announced it has finished custom signage and architectural lighting for 5200 Oneida, a newly constructed commercial development in Commerce City, Colorado, according to a company press release. The signage specialist described the work as a cohesive exterior branding package for the property, which the release says is leased and managed by local commercial real estate firm RE1313.
According to Yesco, the project centers on a 35-foot-tall freestanding pylon sign, a multi-tenant joint identification sign and architectural LED border lighting integrated into the building. The company said the pylon carries illuminated open-pan channel letters and was designed to be seen by motorists on the nearby interstate, with finishes custom-matched to the building's color palette. Yesco also said it manufactured and installed a single-faced joint identification sign with tenant panels intended to let the property adapt as occupants are added. These installation details and measurements come from the company's own announcement and were not independently confirmed.
"Successful signage not only identifies a property but also creates a strong first impression and helps define the experience for everyone who visits," Jeff Young, chief revenue officer at Yesco, said in the release. "For 5200 Oneida, we developed a cohesive solution that combines visibility, functionality and architectural design to support the property's long-term success." The title and quotation are as stated by Yesco.
The company describes itself as a 106-year-old business known for creating, repairing and maintaining signs, a characterization drawn from its own materials. The release did not include the project's contract value, a completion date or the names of tenants.
Yesco's announcement follows other signage work the company has publicized, including curved LED displays at a Colorado convention center and installations at Greater Nevada Field and the University of Nevada's John Tulloch Business building.
