X-Twenty has secured exclusive UK rights to the MeetWise meeting room, desk and reception platform, available immediately direct and via its AV partners and consultants.

X-Twenty has secured the exclusive rights to bring MeetWise, the meeting room, desk and reception platform, to the United Kingdom, according to trade outlet DailyDOOH. It is available immediately, sold direct and through X-Twenty's channel of AV partners and consultants. For a small business, the pitch is subtraction: one contract, one support number and one portal instead of separate products for rooms, visitors and desk use. The firm says it replaces the three or four separate systems most UK estates run today with meeting rooms, desks, reception and workplace analytics on a single platform.

BEAM In The Corridor, O.R.B. On The Desk

Outside every meeting room, a panel called BEAM displays the schedule in real time, with wrap-around LED illumination signalling availability from the far end of the corridor. On the desk, the O.R.B. (Occupancy & Reservation Beacon) shows whether a workspace is free, taken or waiting to be cleaned. At reception, a self-service kiosk expects the visitor, tells the host the moment they arrive and prints the badge.

Rob Brinklow, X-Twenty's general manager, said: “Most buildings can tell you what was booked. Far fewer can tell you what happened in the room, or who came through the front door that morning. That is the gap we kept running into with customers, and answering all three from one system, with the option to keep the data inside the building, is what persuaded us.” MeetWise runs alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Exchange, or its own booking engine for sites without a corporate calendar, and bookings continue at the panel through a network outage before reconciling.

Utilisation Data, Synapse AI And X-Twenty's Delivery Role

The portal reports utilisation by room, floor and building — meetings that end early, rooms booked and never occupied, desks nobody claims — so a business asked to justify the space it pays for has the evidence without anyone walking the building. Synapse, an AI layer on the same platform and contract, records a meeting and returns a transcript, a summary and a mind map, sold as an add-on charged by the minute.

MeetWise has delivered more than 150 projects for 55 customers worldwide and grown 90 per cent over the past three years. Chief executive Joe Rabah said selecting the right partner was essential; X-Twenty will survey the estate, design the deployment, install, train users and support it afterwards — one contract, one number to call.
