VIOOH and JCDecaux have partnered to bring 254 digital screens across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania — more than 163 million monthly viewable impressions — to VIOOH's global programmatic marketplace, per an announcement reported by DailyDOOH.

VIOOH has struck a partnership with JCDecaux covering the Baltics, DailyDOOH reports, opening the outdoor advertising company's digital screens in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to buyers on VIOOH's global programmatic marketplace. The deal covers 254 digital screens producing more than 163 million viewable impressions each month, spread across malls, transit hubs, roadside sites and city centre locations in the region's capitals. Screens that previously required direct negotiation with JCDecaux in each Baltic country can now be bought through a single programmatic route used by buyers worldwide.

Where the screens sit

Estonia contributes 61 digital screens generating over 75 million monthly impressions. The Tallinn footprint combines 44 urban panels and bus shelters — worth 50 million impressions a month — with 17 large-format billboards adding a further 25 million.

Latvia's share is 83 screens delivering more than 47 million monthly impressions across Riga. That total includes 76 urban panels and bus shelters (24 million), six billboards (7 million) and the Origo Premium 3D screen at Riga's central station, which accounts for 16 million on its own.

Lithuania holds the biggest network of the three: 110 screens and over 41 million monthly impressions. Vilnius inventory spans roadside, city centre and premium retail sites — 80 urban panels and bus shelters, 13 billboards, 16 screens inside the Panorama shopping mall and a three-sided billboard at the Savanorių roundabout.

What the companies say

"Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are increasingly sophisticated advertising markets, and this partnership gives brands a single point for programmatic DOOH access to all of JCDecaux's premium inventory," said Gavin Wilson, Global Chief Commercial Officer at VIOOH, in the announcement. "With more than 250 digital screens now available through the VIOOH Trading Manager platform, advertisers can build cross-Baltic campaigns with targeting precision and real-time optimisation."

Øyvind Markussen, Regional Director Baltics at JCDecaux, called the deal "an important step in how advertisers can access our premium DOOH network across the region." In his words, VIOOH has opened Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius screens "for a global marketplace of buyers," letting advertisers plan and execute campaigns in all three countries with what he described as greater efficiency and precision than before.
