The company said management will remain unchanged under the new owner. said CEO Clive Fitzharris the deal opens a new phase for Nexora، adding that OEP brings an owner aligned with distributor's plans for its next stage of growth.
OEP، formerly part of J.P. Morgan، specialises in technology and B2B investments across North America and Western Europe، geographies that overlap closely with Nexora's core markets. Nexora has indicated it will continue to pursue growth through acquisitions.
The transaction also places Nexora under the same ownership as Kinly، the global IT and ProAV integrator formed through the merger of Yorktel and Kinly. Invidis framed it as an open question whether a distributor and an integrator of that scale sharing an owner would produce operational synergies or lead to further consolidation.
