Uniguest Senior Living Communities Community Hub

Uniguest has announced Community Hub, a digital engagement platform for senior living communities that unifies digital signage, resident TV, mobile apps and shuttle tracking, alongside forthcoming Resident and Family apps.
Uniguest has announced Community Hub, a digital engagement platform the company says is purpose-built for senior living communities, DailyDOOH reports. According to Uniguest, the platform brings together digital signage, resident TV, mobile apps, shuttle tracking and other communication tools in a single unified solution.
The company says Community Hub is intended to help residents find activities, reach information and take part in community life, while making day-to-day communication and administration simpler for staff.
The launch follows Uniguest's presence in the senior living sector. The 2026 CTO Hotline report from Ziegler Link•age Funds and LeadingAge CAST ranked Uniguest as the most frequently selected named social connectedness and engagement technology partner among the nonprofit senior living and care providers it surveyed. In that report, 37% selected the platform, up from 32% in 2025.
James Keen, EVP of Marketing at Uniguest, said: 'A better community experience starts with connection. Community Hub is about making those connections easier – helping residents feel part of their community, giving families greater peace of mind and freeing up staff to spend more time with residents.'
Two apps are planned. The forthcoming Resident App is described as giving residents a more personal way to explore community life, from discovering activities that match their interests to joining groups and connecting with neighbours, with personalised recommendations aimed at encouraging participation. The Family App will offer relatives activity participation notifications and community updates.
Uniguest says Community Hub reaches people through whichever channel suits them — apps, in-room TV, digital signage or printed materials — and lets staff create and manage activities centrally, publishing across multiple channels without recreating content for each one.
