Sailpoint Equips Pune Office With Kramer AV System for Flexible Meeting Rooms

Sailpoint Technologies has equipped its Pune office in India with a Kramer AV system that lets two adjacent meeting rooms operate independently or combine into one larger collaboration space, with wall-mounted controllers, wireless and wired presentation sharing, hybrid meeting support and a dedicated AV network.
Sailpoint Technologies has fitted its Pune office in India with a Kramer AV system that allows two adjacent meeting rooms to operate on their own or combine into a single larger collaboration space, according to the announcement. The installation was delivered by systems integrator SRSG Broadcast India and supports daily meetings, hybrid collaboration, training sessions and larger company events without manual reconfiguration.
Employees choose individual or combined room layouts through wall-mounted controllers, and the system adjusts video routing, audio processing and USB connectivity to match whichever configuration is selected. Kramer's Via Connect3 platform handles wireless content sharing, while USB-C and HDMI connections cover wired presentations. Cameras, microphones and other conferencing equipment can be shared between the two rooms without devices being manually reconnected.
Audio processing includes acoustic echo cancellation, automatic microphone mixing and noise suppression, and the setup supports hybrid meetings on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Kramer's KC-Virtual Brain1 coordinates the AV components, with an Apple iPad interface offering additional control.
"This project demonstrates how intelligent system design and the Kramer ecosystem can transform modern meeting environments into flexible, high-performance collaboration spaces," said Ashish Papadkar, an IT Support Specialist at SRSG Broadcast India, per the announcement.
The system runs on a dedicated AV network, separating the collaboration technology from other network infrastructure. The integrated approach simplifies ongoing maintenance and leaves room for future expansion.
