Korbyt Debuts Native Canva Integration, Names TJ Waldorf as SVP of Marketing

Korbyt rolls out a native Canva app for its Anywhere platform, appoints SaaS veteran TJ Waldorf as marketing SVP, and collects multiple industry awards for AI and hardware innovation.
Korbyt is pushing deeper into the enterprise communications space with a trio of milestones: a native Canva integration for its Anywhere platform, the appointment of SaaS executive TJ Waldorf as senior vice president of marketing, and several industry accolades recognizing its AI-powered platform and media player hardware.
The centerpiece is a native Korbyt app inside Canva that lets content creators design graphics, animations, and multi-page assets and push them directly into Korbyt Media Manager playlists—without ever leaving the design environment. The workflow eliminates manual downloads and uploads; during export, users can assign folders, tags, and playlists so content lands ready for distribution. The integration supports PNG and MP4 exports, animated content, secure authentication via existing Korbyt credentials, role-based access controls, and full audit trails for governance. “Organizations want to empower more teams to create engaging content without introducing complexity,” said Travis Kemp, chief product officer at Korbyt. “By integrating Korbyt directly into Canva, we’re removing friction from the content lifecycle while still maintaining the governance, security and control enterprises require.”
The move is especially significant for distributed enterprises where marketing, HR, communications, and operations teams all contribute content but may lack familiarity with dedicated digital signage platforms. By enabling direct-to-playlist publishing, Korbyt aims to slash the time from concept to screen while keeping operational complexity low. The Canva integration is available at no extra cost to existing Korbyt customers, requiring only a one-time authentication to link accounts.
On the leadership front, the company hired TJ Waldorf as SVP of marketing, tapping more than two decades of go-to-market experience across high-growth SaaS organizations backed by private equity. Waldorf previously served as CMO at 1WorldSync, where he helped triple annual recurring revenue, scale the global marketing organization, and steer the company through its acquisition by Syndigo. “Organizations are looking for intelligent workplace communication solutions that are easier to deploy, easier to manage and deliver measurable business value,” Waldorf said. “I’m excited to help amplify Korbyt’s leadership position while supporting our next phase of growth.”
The company also stacked up several industry honors. rAVe named Korbyt’s 5CAI Agent Suite the best digital signage CMS/platform at InfoComm. CTI awarded Korbyt a Spotlight Award for continued innovation. Digital Signage gave Korbyt a Best of Show Award for the Aries III fanless media player, and PSNI named the company a Global Preferred Vendor for partner support worldwide. CEO Andrew Robson tied the announcements together: “Whether we’re expanding our platform with new capabilities like Canva integration, strengthening our leadership team or earning recognition for product innovation, every step we take is focused on helping organizations communicate more effectively.”
Korbyt will showcase the Canva integration along with ScreenDetective and Launchpad 2.0 during a live virtual session scheduled for July 23 at 1 p.m. ET.
