Hospitality Displays: Samsung’s The Frame Hospitality Display Now Available In The US

Samsung Electronics America has made The Frame hospitality display available in the US, according to an announcement reported by invidis. The company says the screen doubles as digital artwork when guests are not watching television.

Samsung identifies the model as HL03H, offered in 55-, 65- and 75-inch sizes, combining 4K QLED technology with entertainment, personalized content and hotel services. It says it first introduced the hospitality version at HITEC 2026 in June.

The display has an anti-glare screen, a slim wall mount and optional magnetic bezels. Its Collection Hub lets hotels show curated artwork, photography and branded visuals when the television is idle, and properties can select content that complements their interior design or reflects their location and brand identity. Generative Wallpaper uses AI to create customized backgrounds, and Live Translate provides translated subtitles for supported content. Guests can stream from compatible personal devices via Google Cast and Apple AirPlay.

Samsung's Lynk Cloud platform lets hotel operators manage content and services across connected displays, including digital concierge features such as property information, room service ordering and amenity reservations. The platform also provides usage analytics and, for security and application management, The Frame uses Samsung's Tizen Enterprise Platform and Knox Security technology.

“As luxury hospitality evolves, the most memorable in-room stays will feel more personal and connected without compromising their design integrity,” said Mark Kelly, Head of Enterprise Sales, Display Solutions Division, Samsung Electronics America.
