FatTail, the enterprise ad management division of Chartbeat Inc., has connected its AdBook platform with Vistar Media, an out-of-home advertising technology provider operating under T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, according to a joint announcement. The technical foundation of the partnership is Vistar Media's order management API, which now enables bidirectional data exchange with AdBook.
