يُستند الإطلاق على الوجود الحالي لـ Uniguest في قطاع كبار السن. في تقرير CTO Hotline لعام 2026 من Ziegler Linkage Funds وLeadingAge CAST، اختار 37% من مقدمي خدمات كبار السن والرعاية nonprofit المُستطلعة Uniguest كشريك تكنولوجي للاتصال الاجتماعي والتفاعل، ارتفاعاً من 32% في عام 2025.

تتيح Community Hub للمشغلين توزيع المعلومات عبر اللافتات الرقمية و allev televis[i]on staying and mobile apps and printed materials، تماشياً مع مستويات different levels of comfort using technology among residents. يمكن للطاقم إنشاء الأنشطة وإدارتها centrally and publish information across multiple channels without duplicating content for each format. تتضمن المنصة also resident profiles, attendance tracking and programming analytics.

تخخط Uniguest introducing two applications. The forthcoming Resident App will allow residents to discover activities based on their interests, join groups and connect with neighbors through personalized recommendations.
